Raccoons as Pets?

Sometimes I wonder why on earth do people sell and buy Raccoon
It makes me wonder...
I'm not even sure if it was legal in Asia
Stumbled across a post which I find pretty disturbing
But I guess there are people who are adventurous enough to pet a Raccoon

What do you think? Do you think it's LEGAL?!
