Let your skin glow with Konjac

Today I got myself a Konjac Sponge at Smoochiezz Event (if you followed me and read my first post, you'd know what I'm talking about). I was a curious cat when it comes to beauty product that benefits me. I mean, which girls doesn't want to know about beauty? Don't be silly ;).

Konjac sponge is made from 100% pure, natural konjac dietary fibre. It is unbelievably soft and gentle that it is ideal for everyone including a newborn babies! It will also bring back the natural glow and softness of the skin just don't forget to use it daily.

Konjac sponge comes in many shapes and sizes e.g heart, rectangle, round and if not mistaken - tear drop shaped. The bigger the size, the more it costs.

It also comes in 4 colors - Charcoal (MINE), white, yellow and green. Every colors has different ways of working. I got charcoal as I have a bit of oily skin around T-zone area. As for the rest, green is for normal to combination skin type, yellow konjac helps to even out skin tone and is recommended for pregnant women. FYI, Konjac sponge can be used as body scrub too ;). White konjac is more for mature and dry skin as told by the sales girl.

As shown from the package, and in case you are curious what does it do to you and what benefits you, here you go:

  • Gently exfoliates to bring back the natural glow of the skin (obviously :P)
  • Kills acne causing bacteria
  • Effectively balances the PH of the skin
  • Extra soft features are ideal for delicate and sensitive skin
  • Naturally moisturizes the skin
  • Ideal for people with Atopic skin disorders (hypersensitive skin)
How to use?
  • Soak the sponge in water for a while and press it several times to expel the excess water before using (Konjac sealed tightly in a plastic bag and the condition in the packaging is moist therefore you need to rinse it before usage)
  • Massage gently in circular motions on the face or body
  • Rinse the sponge and press it gently with two hands
  • Store and hang the sponge in a cool and well ventilated place to air dry properly
Enjoy your Konjac Sponge ladies!!!
